Virtually Speaking – In-Depth Insights on Ridgeview

This year’s AIA Austin Homes Tour was the first to take place virtually. While the experience was markedly different without physically being able to walk through the homes, this virtual tour was filled with in-depth insights and great information. The beautiful project videos, 360-tours, architect talks, and other downloadable details provided an innovative opportunity to dive deeper into this year’s featured homes.
Our Ridgeview project, presented by the home’s architect Thoughtbarn was a particularly rewarding highlight. Their presentation was immersive, informative and entertaining. Architects Robert Gay and Lucy Begg took AIA Austin Home Tour visitors through the entire evolution of the project, illustrating the journey with meticulous and artistic detail. Their deep-dive into this Barton Hills home was shared in a very compelling and innovative way.
We just wanted to acknowledge the excellent job AIA Austin did, pivoting to provide this innovative tour so Austin architecture fans could enjoy another outstanding annual event. We are especially grateful to Thoughtbarn for the shout-out they gave to us for the work we did on Ridgeview.
