Project Highlights: This beautiful home in Barton Hills was designed by LaRue Architects. This neighborhood is special to us, because our founder, Mark grew up here! The home is filled with architectural interest throughout. One special feature is the solid stone hearth in the living room that interacts as the first step for the staircase. Window placement was strategically positioned in such a way that the homeowners enjoy great views of the trees and the lot from all vantages–not a single bad view. Cabinetry from Kingwood skillfully blends function and beauty. The property is situated on a hillside which called for terracing the landscaping. Drainage was installed so it is invisible to the viewer, and the expansive patio provides the family with an outdoor living room.
