Tiny Home – Beaver Creek Cabin
Building the Willmann Cabin was a unique experience for us that we really enjoyed. The Cabin was designed by Mr. Jay Willmann, a retired architect with Page Southerland Page. The inspiration of the design was early Texas settlers. The site of this cabin is just up the hill from the original homestead built on the ranch in the early 1900’s. That being said, the cabin have modern conveniences such as; on demand tank-less water heaters and a ductless mini-split AC system. Note the large open front porch and the ship-lap siding on the interior walls. Many artifacts of the original homestead have been found by Jay and well as a large collection of arrow heads.
